Taking my Subaru to Earl Duff Pre-Owned for service is always an excellent experience. The customer service folks, Ashley and Doug are knowledgeable and always answer my many questions.  The last time I had my oil changed, Doug let me know I will need new tires before winter. We discussed tires, he recommended two different models, and priced them for me. I feel confident my vehicle is in good hands!

I was on a long road trip when I started getting a worrisome vibration (2017 Outback).  Ashley, Doug, and the crew fit me right in without an appointment, identified the problem (a tire belt separated), got it fixed and had me back on the road well inside two hours.  All the while they kept me informed about the progress.  And when I got back home I even found a tank you card from the shop, which was certainly an unexpected and sweet touch.  Definitely recommend this place for service.

We were traveling from NM to PA and our Check Engine light began flashing near Harriman TN. We found Earl Duff Pre-Owned Center on line. Talked to Doug Burgess, the Service Manager. He said he would check it out right away. He and his Service Team, Bill and others diagnosed and corrected the problem and had us on our way in about an hour. Great customer service!!
