Courteous and respectful discussions….a new experience for my spouse and I.  Pricing was quite fair.
Car was beautifully detailed and the color and options, hard to find, were our exact choice.
Modest pressure only at the Finance office to add protection items, which we declined.
Are we being unrealistic about our experience?—-nope, it was great…..but we’re still waiting for the second key,  that was missing.   When we get that, we’ll go five stars.
(Later:)  The process is complete.  The new key fob is matched electronically and the process involved only driving to the dealership, and browsing cars for 30 minutes while we waited.
