My experience at Ed Martin Toyota was exceptional. I was sentimentally hanging on to my past car and had not purchased a vehicle in 18 years. It was almost like I was totally new to the process. We worked with Michael Ball and had an excellent experience. He was attentive but not pushy. I never felt rushed but he kept the process moving. I was a bit anxious when I went in because a family member sold me my last car, but Michael was kind, personable and clearly had expertise that helped me feel confident in my decision. The dealership itself is very clean and bright with plenty of amenities. I'm very happy with my purchase and am enjoying the new to me 4Runner immensely. Can't wait to take it on a road trip! Good service. They recommended a brake fluid flush, just based on miles. They didn’t do a moisture or copper test, before recommending. Other than that, they weren’t pushy at all. When I got home, I did a moisture test and copper test. Moisture was zero and copper was practically white on test strip. I’d have spent $175 for nothing.
