Having Zach & Heather help me to find a particular vehicle made my hour trip well worth it. I felt no pressure & they put me, the buyer, 1st even without me indicating if I was going to purchase or not. They're expertise was exceptional as they showed me and explained many of the amenities offered. I enjoyed the ability to test drive the vehicle on a variety of roads. They continues to have an excellent attitude even after I explained I would be back & make a decision then. The following day I was again greeted with smiles & no pressure. They were patient while being bombarded with questions. They're knowledge & demeanor was impeccable.  Next, I have to acknowledge Karen, who made the buying /financing & paperwork less stressful. She was knowledgeable and answered all questions. Overall, it was a 5 star experience   purchasing my new vehicle. Additionally,  they were agreeable to re- detailing the vehicle & bringing it to me bc of my crazy schedule. I dealt with a great team & greatly appreciated it.

At 2:30 PM my tire was losing air and I was due to leave the next morning on an 8-hour drive. I called them. They took me at 3:30 PM, found 2 holes in my tire which they patched, and their charge was incredibly reasonable. This dealership is great!
