Ashley even had the service tech come and explain what he had done to identify my issue along with the resolution.  I feel like they were working to build a relationship between myself and the Edward’s Mitsubishi service department.

generally everything is fine in the maintenance service with Mitsubishi. however the last time when it was a part replacement service, they left the edge full of glue. no cleaning of area when finishing work.Thank you

They got a nice service department. All of the folks are so good. Few good points to list down.
1. A detailed and expected estimate of the Service.
2. Good Technicians.
3. Few of the names that I have worked with and they are really good. ( Ashley)
4. Good Follow up- Keep on updating time to time about the service and any delays. ( if there is any)
5. Nice Shuttle service.
6. Nice waiting area with a proper WiFi.

Overall its a very nice experience I had.
