Absolutely the best buying experience I've had thanks in large part to my salesperson, Michael Sawyer. He was very professional and courteous. No high pressure, but very knowledgeable, considering it wasn't even a Nissan product (used Kia). To top it off, he remains very much in contact with me even after the sale to be there for any questions I may have. My son had just taken delivery of a Nissan he had bought from an out-of-state dealership when it suddenly started losing oil rapidly. I called Elevated (which was the closest Nissan dealership) and spoke with Brenden who got it into their service department immediately. Not only did they diagnose the oil issue (the oil filter was falling off) but they inspected the car and found several problems and determined that the car had been in an accident, none of which was disclosed to my son. They took the time to take photos and video of all of the problems and provided an estimate of the cost to repair the car. All of this evidence was emailed to the out-of-state dealership who agreed to take the vehicle back with a full refund. We would have never even known about the issues if Elevated had not taken the time to look the car over, and at no cost to us. Thank you for all your help and going above and beyond to help my son!
