Chris was a pleasure to work with. He kept in contact with us, was easy to talk to and very thorough in explaining  different loan options.The vehicle  we first looked at sold and he found us another one that was better for our family. He kept us up to date on the status of the vehicle detailing, sent photos  and videos along the way to keep us updated.Chris went the extra mile by not only staying open past hours so that we could arrive from out of state and after closing time so that we could purchase our new to us vehicle, but delivered  the extra key fob to us a restaurant  we were eating at after then sale at 9:30  PM. I would recommend  Chris and Elite Motors in Joppa MD to anyone.

We drove from PA to purchase our SUV we found via CarGurus because Chris at Elite Motors was able to get us what we needed and secured the financing for my wife. He stayed at Elite Motors beyond their normal business hours to accommodate our schedule and hour drive. Outstanding experience!

Chris really earned my trust. We looked here first and then went to several other used car dealers.  Ultimately, Elite had the best combination of price and condition. They put a lot of effort into putting quality used cars on their lot.  I’d 100% buy there again.

We have bought brand new our last couple of cars. We visited Elite Motors to look at a car for our daughter. On they way the there I told my family I hope the car salesman doesn’t bother or hassle us and kind of lets us just do our thing. Chris must have saw us come in and seen us looking at a 2013 blue Honda Civic. He came out with the keys and the words out of his mouth shocked me. He said “Hey I’m Chris I’m not going to bother you guys and let you do your thing”. He gave us the keys and we did the car a twice over. My daughter really liked that it had some features, that we weren’t necessarily looking for. We gave Chris our license  and went on a little test drive, the car checked out good for us. We came back and decided to start the process of buying the car. Chris is very knowledgeable with cars and he is definitely a people person which made our visit a very pleasant experience. We talked about many subjects while waiting for the process to do its thing. I told Chris that I would leave a review but I would have to mention that the chairs in his office just aren’t a vibe for hours of sitting. The chairs in the office where we signed the papers where much more comfier. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and recommend giving Chris a visit if you are searching for a car.
