WOW!  I've purchased 12 vehicles in my life and this was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had.
I bought a 2013  Volkswagen Jetta TDI Sport wagon from Ellers Automotive after finding it online.  Before I drove over, I called and talked to Chip, the owner, and we set up a time for me to come by and test drive it.  When I arrived, Chip had the car ready with keys in hand.  There was NO pressure, no micromanaging,  no hassle.  I test drove the car, did my own once over, and then took a few minutes to think about it.  All with no hovering by Chip.  The car was EXACTLY as he advertised on his website and what we talked about on the phone.  I bought it on the spot with a simple and easy sales process.  I was in and out in about 50 minutes total.
I can't say enough good things about Ellers Automotive.  He is no nonsense, friendly and you will get exactly the car you're expecting.  No surprises!  Thanks, Chip!
