So I shopped around every dealer in Westchester looking for a new truck. Empire Buick GMC of White Plains happened to be the last stop. Or maybe it was the last stop because of the outstanding service I received there, and decided I didn’t have to go anywhere else.

I originally was looking to buy used but after a fantastic demo of the new 2024 GMC Sierra, my mind was made up that I wanted a NEW truck.

Austin Ward provided the demonstration and guided me every step of the process. He was able to tailor a plan to fit my financial capabilities and ultimately get me into my new truck.

I couldn’t be happier with not just the vehicle, but the exceptional service and professionalism I received at Empire. It’s a different experience compared to other dealerships I have purchased at in the past. I honestly think I will be a lifelong customer of Empire for as long as I live in the area.

I came to the dealership after I could not get what I needed with numbers at another store sure enough I found the vehicle that I needed. We had to wait for the title. It took almost a week, but I got the numbers where I wanted to be at monthly payment wise. I was very very satisfied. I would recommend this place to other customers that need a good deal.
