Had an amazing experience purchasing our new vehicle thanks to Mr. J. Valera. He was able to help my husband and I complete the paperwork and required documents virtually since we live a few hours away from Austin. Mr. Valera helped us secure our vehicle and he also helped us coordinate transportation for drop off and pick up for the vehicle we were trading in. I am grateful for the time, commitment, transparency, and attention to detail he demonstrated throughout this entire process. We have had our Traverse for almost one month and we are extremely satisfied with its performance.
