The best car buying experience I’ve ever had: great car, great price, no hidden charges. Straightforward process, longest wait was the wire transfer. The owner graciously brought me cookies and I watched a movie while I waited. I don’t want to buy from anywhere else now.

Planning to replace the company ICE vehicle with my own EV. Pavel was patient and leaving the final decision up to me, which vehicle to select for the purpose. He gave options, but he gave options as your little voice in your head. Who does this when selling cars? I will be speaking with my company manager shortly and making this happen...and it will be with EuroCars LLC.

Update: As you can see by the picture, I DID purchase the vehicle of my choice, a week after the initial review. I have driven the ID.4 for almost 1000 miles, this past week. This was truly an amazing purchase. Pavel did not steer (car pun?) me wrong! I stress that his low-key approach of just being there for your help is what put me in the comfort zone of this experience. The customer has the full control of their own decision. He does NOT distract you with some "spiel" of talking you into something you "think" you want. He leaves the choice to being yours. A colleague of mine from the other end of the State is planing to take a trip over to see Pavel, shortly, for the same. I will choose Pavel for future vehicles, hands down.

How often do you get excited about the car shopping experience and want to leave a review so more people can also have a good experience?
Working with Pavel at EuroCar was hands-down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, fair. No games, no pressure, no hidden fees.
I even ended up spending about $2K more than I planned while searching online, but with his low fee, I got a car that was three years newer and had 50K fewer miles. That’s real value!
I was tired of other dealers pushing urgency, tacking on surprise fees, or just being hard to deal with. Pavel did none of that. He treated me like a real person and made the whole process easy and comfortable.
I’m done wasting time elsewhere. I’ll be coming back to him for every car and  sending my friends and family over to see him too.

I happened to be in town and saw that this place had the exact car I was looking for, so I reached out, and even though it was a Sunday, Pavel welcomed us in to check it out. He told us to take it and test it out for a bit and there was absolutely ZERO pressure - which I cannot emphasize enough - between my husband and I, we have bought many cars (and I was in the business myself for years) and have never had such an easy, stress-free experience. We brought in our financing and took the car home the next day - no confusion, no BS fees like the dealers add on, which in and of itself, makes purchasing through Pavel worth it, and a simple transaction. We will look to Pavel in the future when we are looking to buy again.
