I was able to comfortably walk around and explore the different options with my daughter, without feeling any pressure to make a purchase.

After my initial visit, I left without buying anything and was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't hounded for my contact information. This gave me the freedom to make a decision on my own terms. When I returned the following week to make my purchase, Miles went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He realized that I didn't have a wheel lock and promptly arranged for the general manager to meet me at Murray BMW to take care of it where they covered the cost.

I will definitely be returning for future purchases, and I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a fair price and a fantastic buying experience. The staff were friendly, and professional. We bought the car we came to see, and felt good about the whole transaction. I didn't photograph our new car because we had driven it all over the valley the day before and it wouldn't have presented as immaculately as when we bought it. Miles was absolutely wonderful to us.
