Although We didn't end up making a purchase at this dealership, I wanted the public to know that Maurice and Walter worked their butts off to try to get a deal done for my son Morgan.  They were honest, transparent and full of integrity.  It was at our end that the deal didn't go through.  If anyone is looking for an HONEST and GREAT deal in Virginia Beach on a Mitsubishi, call Maurice and Walter.  They are simply "top notch" and straight forward guys.  They had our deal worked out TO THE PENNY even before we stepped one foot on their lot, sight unseen.  Amazing job by them.  Give them a call and the opportunity to work with you too. I needed a new car as mine died.  I have never purchased a vehicle at a dealership and have never ever purchased a new vehicle.  I looked and researched for months.  I liked the Mitsubishi Outlander.  I like the way it looks, the color options, the interior, and the size.  7 passenger seating for all my Grandchildren, major features I wanted.  Fairway Mitsubishi is down the street, so we went there.  I am so glad we went to Fairway Mitsubishi for a new car purchase.  The sales team is excellent.  The salesman, Maurice, showed us the features and was very knowledgeable and very pleasant.  I was afraid of a high-pressure sales pitch.  Maurice let the vehicle and the features speak for themselves.  I was very glad for his calm approach.  When we went for the 1st test drive, he explained the features, warranty, and fuel economy.  After we left, we did not receive harassing phone calls or emails.  The second test drive, he explained additional features.  Again, there was no harassment.  Thank you, Maurice.  I went back a third time to talk about financing and two days later made up my mind.  When Tommy called me  to tell me I was approved for financing, I was beyond excited!  He got financing done without a ton of paperwork.  Just a very simple loan application. I went in immediately to complete the sale. The sales manager, Lee, helped me with the contract as we decided to take advantage of the incredible financing offered by Mitsubishi.  The parts/service manager Mark is awesome as I wanted new accessories and wanted to know about the service schedule.  I can not believe what a great experience this has been at Fairway Mitsubishi.   Yes,  I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants professional expertise, courtesy, and an easy sales experience.  Plus, you won't get harassed!!

I could not have asked for a better car buying experience than the one I received at Fairway Mitsubishi! After going through a humiliating experience trying to purchase a vehicle elsewhere, I was convinced I had to settle for an older vehicle, that while fully loaded and beautiful, had more miles than I was honestly comfortable with. I was set to get that vehicle the next day when I decided that I needed to weigh all my options and responded to the messages from Fairway and I am so glad I did! Not only did I end up getting a 2024 vehicle with only 16 miles, but I ended up putting nearly 900 bucks less down than what was required for the other vehicle and even ended up with a cheaper monthly payment! The staff at fairway were all super nice and inviting and I was in and out within an hour leaving the lot with my beautiful brand new car! Thank you Fairway I am very thankful for you!
