My family and I just came in to check our Ford Explorer because we were planning to head to Florida. We were worried there was a weird sound rattling from under the car. Let me just say we came in with no prior phone call, we were seen right away and EVERYONE was soooo nice. Inside the dealership was very clean, vending machines with snacks (if you have to wait and have kids) also complimentary beverages may be available (they were today) all in all I would recommend choosing this family operated dealership/shop. They are excellent ????

Friendly and professional service. Clean facilities including waiting area with TV and restroom. Work was done timely and to my satisfaction. Because I had Ford points my oil change and tire rotation were free. Been buying cars from Family Ford (previously Bilton Ford) for more than 25 years. Always treated fair. As they say, it's cheaper in the country! The only place I will go to buy a car.
