I highly recommend these guys, everyone was great. They make you feel like family honestly. Duane, Jerome, and Chris were all outstanding. Great customer service, great with my so, literally catered to our every need not exaggerating. Jerome was awesome, i gave him an idea of what i was looking for and he literally picked my car for me. The first car he showed me i fell in love, its like he knew exactly what i wanted and needed. He answered any and all of my questions, made sure i felt good about my decision and made sure we were good and comfortable the entire time we were there. Had a great experience at this dealership. I’m usually not a fan of the whole car buying experience but surprisingly thanks to Justin W. at Lakeland Automall it was a very pleasant experience!! I drove over an hour just to come to this specific dealership and left the same day with the perfect vehicle!
