Yesterday I had the easiest and most pleasant experience at a car dealer ever! After searching for a new car for my mother for over a month and getting the run around at every dealer I decided to call Faulkner Cadillac. I have to admit I did not have high hopes at all. Sales associate Ben Roberts was beyond amazing. He was honest and efficient and got me a fair price after having over 7 dealers waste my time. Ben worked my deal over the phone and when I got to the dealer all we had to do was sign and drive! Best experience in my 30 years purchasing vehicles.
