I purchased a car here about 9 months ago and was very pleased with the service from Mark Laird. He was kind and professional and treated me with respect which was very appreciated. The other day Mark contacted me to let me know that the extra set of keys for my car was brought in by the previous owner and that he wanted to verify that I had the same address before he mailed them. I had moved cross-country so it was fantastic that he checked and extremely thoughtful that he mailed them to me. Sometimes I am slow to leave reviews but I just wanted to thank Mark and Ferman Chevrolet for their excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Wow!  ! What an incredible experience we had at Ferman Chevrolet buying a new Suburban. Tracy was our saleswoman and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better!! She answered all of our questions and was extremely friendly. It honestly felt like we were buying a car from a long time friend.

Out of all the vehicles I have purchased, this is one of the dealerships I will be returning to. Great customers service, and honest (which is hard to come by I feel like in this industry)  No hidden fees, no pushy salesman. Just an honest all around great vehicle purchase experience. I purchased a truck for my fleet, and will be back to purchase more.

Manager, salesman, and everyone else I dealt with during my vehicle purchase was very friendly and professional! Also they were very transparent and didn't add any "junk fees" into my purchase price which I did truly value. I would definitely purchase another car from them in the future.
