Where do I start..Just a class act from top to bottom. I worked with Shane Capper and the supporting staff for a month or so. They are truly professional, courteous, well respected and more importantly HONEST about all aspects of car history. I am somewhat novice with Ferrari and flew in to their dealership from a long distance to complete the purchase. I am still in process but sooner or later it will happen. I happen to meet another long term client of Ferrari of Seattle during my visit. His comment and feedback was quite consistent with my experience. The customer service is simply exceptional.

If you come here, you've hit the jackpot of all dealerships. We had the pleasure of working with Jason and let me tell you, he tried to move mountains for us to be able to get our first Ferrari.
