We haven’t had a lot of luck servicing our Cadillac until now. Patti, the service writer was great. They got us in and out in just about an hour which was great. Only complaint is the grease and scuff marks on the inside of my car.. I’m OCD so it matters to me. I believe it was half day for a Christmas party though so hoping next time they will be a little neater about the service. ????????????????????

For the moment we realize that our vehicle engine is out of service and we will need to wait three months to replace it, Alex, the sales person was very helpful, professional, and accommodating.
