Frank was very helpful and nice. He wasn't pushy and he was to the point. I was in and out in a little over 2hrs. He stayed until after closing to make sure I got all my stuff out of my car and was on my way. He dealt with another couple while working with me. From what I seen the other guy was not very nice, but Frank stayed professional and calm. Note to others looking for a car, It is not the Sales persons fault if your credit score sucks or what the bank decides to do. I would recommend Findlay Chrysler.

Wow, what an amazing experience! I had a sudden emergency coming down the highway on a trip back home from being out of town. The  Gentlemen in the service department took excellent care of me. Understood the emergency nature of my situation and had me back on the road within an hour and a half. What can I say but wow.
