My total experience at Vermilion Firelands Chevrolet was great from the very beginning. I had purchased my Chevy Impala from them in 2016 and was able to trade it in effortlessly several weeks ago. I was working with Tina Hallis who made sure that I got the right car that I was comfortable with, liked, and could afford. She spent many hours with me searching for vehicles, driving vehicles, and arranging to see vehicles and it was a pleasant experience working with her. She definitely made me feel at ease and no pressure to buy anything. The rest of the team definitely helped out as well and I would also like to thank storm and Sean. Today I worked with Tina Hallis at Firelands Chevy in Vermilion and I couldn't imagine a smoother car buying experience. I was looking to trade in my GMC Terrain (that I purchased from them in 2019) and wanted to purchase a 2021 Acura with less than 10k miles that was located at their Sandusky location. Tina went above and beyond and personally drove me to Sandusky to test drive the Acura. I told her I wanted it and we drove it back to Vermilion. They were able to get me  the financing I asked for and I had the papers signed and the Acura in my driveway in less than 4 hours total. I highly recommend seeing Tina the next time you're in the market for a new or used car. You won't regret it!

Tina is amazing. I bought my car over a year ago. I’m a single mom with kids and I was driving around in a very unsafe vehicle. Tina and the employees helped me get into my new car and didn’t let me leave the lot until we got it all sorted out. She bent over backwards to make sure I left the lot in a reliable vehicle. I will definitely be going back to her once I get ready to buy a new vehicle. Hands down, she’s the best there is! She’s so honest and sincere and cares about everyone, she won’t let you down!!!
