John found out on his own and acknowledge that I had a Honda maintenance prepaid package and there was no charge. The car recall and maintenance was done on a timely manner and I was able to pick up my car early afternoon. I will definitely be back for future repairs.

It was good experience to begin with. Bob and Johann helped us with all our questions and even when we were just looking. Most dealerships are very business oriented. The staff at First Honda were more helpful, personal & not just about numbers or sales. The whole buying experience was smooth, efficient and clearly explained.

I would like to add my thanks and appreciation for your Service Center. I stopped in on my way back to Las Vegas today to check my tires.  I didn't think they would do it for me, but not only did they do it, he assured me that they absolutely would do it, and they did it in less than 10 minutes! I didn't get the name of the service writer who was there today around noon, or the gentleman that took the car back but I am very, very appreciative of their great service!
