Kim in the service department does her due diligence to ensure she captures the reason for your visit adequately and explains the process thoroughly. Her professionalism and kindness is unmatched! I witnessed her helping a slightly overwhelmed customer order an uber and then she walked him to the front of the dealership to personally ensure he knew where to meet his ride. She could have provided verbal directions and wished the customer a nice day, then move to the next in line. However, Kim went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of the customer. So impressive!
Ian, at the loaner car desk, is polite, professional and ensures the customer understands the process. Walks around the loaner with the customer and is just a joy to deal with.
