I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service that I received at this location!! James (best sales man ever) is very knowledgeable, and patient! He answered all of my 1,000 questions with a smile and great attitude. I never felt pressured, it's was an overall great experience. They even have an awsome snack area, with yummy goodies and great coffee!
I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for James!!

I want to let others know of our experience buying a used vehicle from Fitzgerald Rockville. Both our salesman, Mr Jay, as well as the service department, specially Peter, were super helpful, professional and a pleasure to talk to.
One very important thing about our buying experience is that this was a used car, with quite a few miles on it, and of course had a couple of small issues. After pointing these things out, they took care of them, and now I am the happy owner of a great used Subaru Forester, that I plan to drive for many years.
