I was in search of a used Highlander on a Saturday and found a great online price at Fitzgerald and bought it on the following Monday. I connected by text with sales consultant Judie, who was super responsive, informed, and friendly. He had the car ready for me to test drive before I arrived and allotted plenty of time for me to take it for a test drive at 7 pm. He made sure to check that I was set up with the Toyota app and made me aware of some other features  I didn't know the Highlander had. Judie continues to check in and follow up; making sure I am happy with the purchase and making sure the service department had my second key replaced. Overall, it was a great experience with a welcoming environment. I highly recommend Judie and his team if you need a good salesman.

Awesome experience. Our salesman Prince was great. Very knowledgeable and not too pushy. Very nice guy and a pleasant experience. The sales manager had a chat with us and he was great. And the young lady that did our financing was also great. I would recommend buying a car from you guys anytime. I spotted the car that I wanted as soon as I got to the lot and bought it the same day. Christopher was a very attentive salesperson, they had a fairly decent selection of vehicles. My only issue was, there were not enough finance personnel. Katrina had been there all day and inside of keeping her there for an additional 2 hours, I decided to return the following day. The staff that I did encounter was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience!  Found the car I wanted on their website, great deal and they really took a lot of care getting it fixed up.   Sales guys David Reyes and Chris Canizales were great to deal with.   Great buying experience, definitely would go there again, no question!

Let me start by saying that this was a great overall experience. The dealership was nice and well kept. The personnel were all helpful in my decisions in picking the right car for me. I was very much sold on the car itself, Nissan Kicks S, but they helped solidfy the worth in them and the car. Overall, they were great to work with.

Chris was my sales rep and he was the best! He was very patient, fun, funny, attentive, and detailed oriented. Chris made this decision very easy on me. I called and texted him almost 50 times since I locked in on the car online and he was there every step of the way. He was even patient when explaining different coverages to my financial advisor, my mom. It was great that he could even reassure my mom on my decision with this car.

I appreciate Fitzgerald Auto Mall, Chris, and all the other personnel that was here today to make this such a smooth process. Definitely would recommend to anyone else I can get to buy a car.
