I had contacted 5 Star and talked to Lori. She was quick to schedule an appointment and communicated efficiently. They provided the WNY winter automobile preparation routine: snow tires replaced on all 4 tires balanced, rotated and aligned AND oil change and inspection of all belts, fluids and hoses etc.
All in all good service and communication on the part of Ron, Lori and their team.

Ever since i bought my Ford Ranger, Ron installed a roll bar, and a 3 inch lift. The truck is a 2008 but runs like new thanks to Ron and Lori.
