I didn’t purchase my Santa Cruz at this dealership- however… I needed servicing when my thermostat started to go on the fritz.. they were THE ABSOLUTE BEST DEALERSHIP I have EVER dealt with!!  They were so accommodating- I live over 40 minutes away, and work 90 minutes away. They brought me a loaner to my office- and did the same when my vehicle was fixed! I have bought many new cars over the last 50 years and recently purchased a new Tucson Hybrid.  I think this is going to be a great one! The sales experience was as positive as any I have had.  Jake (Jacob) Walker was a really good sales associate definitely deserving a 5 star rating.  He was knowledgeable about the car and never tried to “pressure “ me into the purchase.  Jake, the sales manager and the finance guy were all quite efficient and personable.  My wife has a 10 year old car and will need a newer one soon.  We will definitely be back to this dealership to look at the midsized SUV’s when she is ready to trade!
