What could I give this great group of folks but five stars! I was looking for a new Mazda MX-5 Miata GT RF in red with a black interior, and this was going to be my first Miata since I owned an NB in 1999! I have a Mazda 3 GT hatchback that is ten years old with 243,000 miles on her, in basically the same trim, and I have loved that car, so I was very much looking forward to the new Miata. From the very beginning, Tripp Johnson and his team members reached out to me, established what I wanted, found it, and finally got it to their dealership after a modest (but hard!) wait. They texted and emailed and kept me informed every step of the way. On the day of the delivery, the process was smooth, painless and easy. Everyone in the dealership front office and finance was nice, engaging and treated us well. There were no snags in the purchase (except for a few tech gremlins that day that were no one's fault) and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Tripp even realized as we were completing the process that I qualified for a loyalty rebate aamd made sure we got that. I would recommend this dealership and this group of folks to anyone looking for a new Mazda. Best of all, I love this car and look forward to driving it for many years to come.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have had! I searched the Atlanta area looking for this style car (the zircon sand exterior and brown interior) and could NOT find it! I actually almost settled on a blue exterior and black interior Mazda CX-50 in my area before widening my search to Macon. However, after the first conversation with Jody at Five Star I knew I didn't have to look anymore! Not only did he make this experience smooth and easy, he is extremely kind. He listened to what I wanted on Monday morning and our deal was closed by the afternoon.
Five Star Mazda, and Jody met my requirements for buying this vehicle with ease. I would easily make the 2 1/2 hour drive again to buy from them! If you're in the market for a new vehicle, call Jody! You won't regret it. :)

Daphne Neal is THE BEST!!! At first I was nervous because she's younger and was concerned about her experience but she is one of the most professional and integrous people in this industry.  She never hassled or haggled us. We were just "window shopping", ???? but the deal was too good to pass up. Daphne is very attentive to details on what you want, not a pushy salesperson at all. I gave her my must-haves and she exceeded our expectations. We love her!! ?? Might even have another purchase in the near future.  I'm still in Awe!
