I’ve  enjoyed doing business here with 5 Star Nissan. The buying process is easy. When I came in my used car was pretty much no longer drivable. The customer service rep reassured that they would assist me in finding a car . Guess WHAT! I left with a great deal on a new Nissan Versa. My salesperson Mike was Awesome! he took time with me which made me comfortably with all my questions. Went through the payments process a little fast without enough explanation on APR and the 60 day 2000 mile warranty.
They seem like they are invested in the customer.
They engage and compliment, making you feel that you're making a solid choice. Hopefully! Only time and circumstance will afford one that answer. Any purchase holds that slight gamble.
Service, if you are waiting, takes awhile. If they tell you 1-1.5 hours, plan for 3 to 3.5. Then be pleasantly surprised when it takes only 1.5, but always be prepared for the 3.5.
Everyone is very nice.
Genuine kindness is appreciated and refreshing to encounter.
