We searched for over three months for the right deal on a new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4. We live in the SW corner of Oklahoma and there are plenty of dealerships around us, just none that was willing to do a real business deal. Even though we were skeptical to do business again with the “Frank Fletcher” business after being lied to when we bought our last new vehicle, and given horrible customer service experience at the Subaru dealership, we went ahead and gave the the Jeep side a try. We emailed them and a salesman by the name of Seth got right back to me, and I told him what we were looking for and what we needed for our trade and within a week or so the deal was done. Once I got time to come to the dealership which was over 250 miles one way, our new Grand Cherokee was sitting in the showroom floor waiting for delivery. I spoke to Seth and his manager about the issues we had over at Subaru dealership and they told me that they would look into it. I also informed them, that I almost didn’t give them another try because of our last business transaction, but because of Seth he did a awesome job, we will send others. Great job Seth, you made the stress of buying a new suv easy.

Let me tell you about Ms. Michelle Bell, our sales lady!! First off her job title just doesn’t cut it. This lady is nothing short of amazing. She truly listened to our story and went well over above and beyond to make my dads dreams come true. Michelle was never pushy and never made us feel rushed for one minute. She was so very caring and helpful though every step of the car buying experience. Even the steps she really didn’t  have to like in the financing department. She made my dad feel comfortable and confident. For that I will forever be grateful!
