I recently purchased a used 2022 Ford F350, the listing was well detailed with good pictures and the carfax information. I live in Utah so I submitted a request for more information online. I recieved a phone call from Bryant Venson the next morning. He asked if I had any questions about the truck or if I wanted any more detailed pictures. I had him take a few more detailed pictures. With those pictures and information from the listing I had decided I wanted the truck. Bryant was very helpful and thorough in helping me get payments arranged. I got a call from the General Manager John asking how everything was being handled and if there was anything he could do for me. We talked about the truck for a minute and I asked a few questions about the dealership. Feeling confident in the team at the dealership and the quality of the truck, I put a deposit down on the truck and bought plane tickets from Salt Lake City to Joplin. Bryant offered to pick us up from the airport, we landed at 5pm. My wife and I spent the night in Joplin and headed to the dealership when they opened the next morning. They had the truck freshly detailed and full of fuel sitting in the showroom! We talked with Bryant as he showed us the truck, then we sat down with the finance department and finished signing the paperwork.

My wife and I spent about 19 hours and just under 1300 miles in our new truck. I can say with complete confidence now that this was a great purchase and I’m glad to say I purchased it at Fletcher Ford in Joplin, MO. Thank you guys very much!
