When I decided to look for a new car I would’ve never thought my dream car would be found here. As a first time car buyer Misha made my experience so smooth. This is my second time getting a car from Fletcher Jones (I got the 2023 EQE 350 Sedan this time) and to say the least, I have had an amazing end to end experience from talking about what I want, to the delivery of the actual vehicles.

They put a personal touch and will try to explain all of the pros and most importantly, the cons of the choice you’re making and that helps immensely to take an independent decision. They have a huge selection of models in the lot and they’ll make sure you get what you want, even if that involves showing you/test driving 10 potential cars. They want you to make the right choice and I can guarantee I’ve made the right choices twice.
