First off.. I can not say thank you enough to this team at Flow. Purchased my newest VW a 2024 Tiguan 4 Motion tonight. They did what they needed to do to make sure I was happy!!! They made this process seamless. Ryan, Anthony, and of course Mel thank you guys!

Bought a 2020 fully loaded Tiguan last year, car has been fine. CarPlay stopped working a month after the purchase, they attempted to fix it by replacing the module and it didn’t work. Research shows the antenna replacement may work, haven’t heard back about them covering that under warranty. Really would consider buying another car from here if they fix the issues that came with this vehicle…..

Our VW began losing oil about an hour away from this dealership on our way from Myrtle Beach to Cincinnati, Ohio. We called, rather desperately,  and reached Becky in Service.  Wow! She was patient and sweet, and gave us wonderful advise. When we arrived there, they looked at it immediately,  diagnosed the problem, and relayed it to us via walkthrough video of the car's underbody. Since it was around 5, they gave us a beautiful loaner car and directed us to a nice hotel. The young man that helped us was amazingly kind . The job was estimated to be done by noon the next day ( 3 hr job). We got a call at 930 am the next morning saying the mechanic had stayed late to work on it!!!! I cannot rate Flow highly enough. The thoroughness, kindness, and expediency was simply a great blessing. Thank you so much!

I made an appointment and dropped off my car night drop for the following day. I had a damaged tire that needed to be replaced. Before 10:00 AM the following day, my car was ready. I was only charged $35 to mount and balance the tire which I thought was very reasonable. I have worked with Patrick Murphy in service each time I’ve brought my car in and have had excellent service each time.
