This old lady now has a car with all the safety features needed, along with blind spot and park assit  and lane depature... The features on this car are to numerous to mention. This was my 3rd Volkswagen I've purchased.  I will have to say this was the BEST/QUICKEST transaction at any dealership I've ever experienced.  From the sale to the financing.  Very smooth process.  Dean Wentzel was extremely easy to work with, very fair and got us in and out promptly, he was straight forward on what everything was and had us set-up and ready to go.  Marshall DeWitt had all our finance paperwork in order and ready to process, literally a 10 minute turnaround.  Carlos Lowe was a pleasure to work with and was just the "icing on the cake" for the overall experience.  I walked on the lot to "just look" and left with a brand new car off the showroom floor.  Although I don't live in Wilmington - I will be back to Flow Volkswagen of Wilmington to do service and another sale down the road! Best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We inquired about the new 2024 Atlas Peak Edition which this dealership had one in transit to their location. Knowing this was the car we wanted we were able to get everything taken care of prior to the car arriving. As soon as the Atlas made it to the dealership our sales rep Rob let us know right away and had it ready for pick up that same day. The whole process start to finish (even doing a trade) was so easy and the whole team from internet sales, to sales, to finance 10/10, we will for sure do business with them again in the future.
