Foothills Toyota is amazing! I had a great experience with Chris Chiba. He really listened to what I was looking for and what I needed to fit my life. He didn’t pressure me or try to sell me something I didn’t want/need.

When I say he listened: He really listened. When a Highlander came in that was EXACTLY what I was looking for he gave me a heads up. He was upfront and transparent about everything.

Mike, the Finance Guy, was also amazing. Super nice and patient. He answered my million and one questions and made the process comfortable.

Shout out to Nathan in the service department too. He was also transparent and pleasant to work with.

The Toyota guy who picked me up and toted me to the dealership to pick up my Highlander was also so kind. I’m bad at names, but I know it started with an “E.” Ennis? He was on time and very communicative which I really appreciated. He was also one of the nicest humans I’ve ever met. I really appreciate that Chris C. and Ennis (sorry if that’s not your name ????) worked with me on picking up my Highlander since I didn’t have someone who was able to tote me to the dealership. The fact that they coordinated a pick up, were on time, and kept open/frequent communication through the process meant the world to me.

The en-“tire” (????) Foothills team made my first experience buying/financing a “new” (any car younger than 10 years old is new to me) a good one.

My overall experience with Foothills Toyota is 5 stars! ????????????
