Selena provided a great sales process even delivering the car to my job. Next day I had to wait 3 hours for  paperwork  to be ready after scheduled appointment. Could have been better if they had been prepared.

It was not a terrible experience buying a car. The dealership had a huge inventory to select from. It was clean, although the customer lounge chairs were a bit stained.

My salesperson, Renae, was super friendly and helpful. I told her what I was looking for, and she didn't stop until she found the right car for me. She was new to working at the dealership, and I appreciated that when she didn't know an answer to a question, she found someone who did.

The trade-in and sales process was quick and straightforward. I was driving out in a new car in under 4 hours - and that was after test-driving several vehicles.

The only downside was that I didn't receive the gift bag she said she had for me.

I was treated very good here. Had issues with electrical dash readings. Also, my phone wasn't charging. Cassidy checked me in and was so friendly and nice to hear my concerns. She got all parts priced as needed for my vehicle. Explained all our in detail. She is a fabulous gal. I did talk to Matt a charming used car appraiser. Not ready for different vehicle but had to see options for the future.
I will come back here! Coming from Crystal River visiting family six times a year. This dealer met all my expectations loved that!

I stopped by to take a look at a Hyundai that I've been eyeing. It's a nice dealership. I can't comment on anything related to a buying experience or service, but as far as looking around, it's nice. I did speak to a salesman named Luis and he was very nice and patient.
