Got most of this done online.  So when I got to the dealership we just had to sing paperwork.  They did sell the one I was originally wanting to no purchase. But found me a better deal. Had that not happened I guess this review would've been different.   Excuse having a hard credit placed on your credit and then. Not purchasing  vehicle would've been upsetting. But they got me a great vehicle at a great price with a great warranty.  Thank you

First time buyer and they made the experience really easy for me. I was able to do mostly everything remotely as I was in another state. They answered all my questions, really easy to work with, and made sure my new car was in top shape to leave the lot. Alexis with sales and Roni with finance made me feel like we had been friends forever. Ruben made me feel like I was a part of the Kia family. :)   Recommended for sure!

Purchased my vehicle sight unseen from Houston because Foundation Kia had an excellent price. My salesperson Alexus and the finance manager did an incredible job helping me throughout the entire process. Alexus was attentive and responsive to all my calls and texts. She did a great job communicating to me any blemishes on the car and provided me with a video walk around prior to purchase. All in all, this was one of the best buying experiences I've had with a dealership because they actually care about their customers. I will absolutely purchase from them again.
