The service intake reps where friendly and helpful. The service center was spacious, appeared to be clean, and had the necessities needed while waiting. The only drawback is that the chairs need to be cleaned and/or replaced and snacks are no longer being provided. Other than that, I enjoyed my time there.

Also, some way, some how, my appointment was canceled 36 minutes before my arrival.
