We went there after visiting another dealership, that we left a little bit frustrated. We met Gerry The salesman in Fox Lincoln. He changed our whole experience in purchasing a new vehicle. Such a nice man and very knowledgeable. I would say he goes above and beyond. Help this transfer out of state plates from the old car to the new car. And also gave us a very fair deal. I have always wanted to own a Lincoln at some point, but had no intentions of getting one any time soon since I had just paid off my Chevy Trax in 2023.  Hitting a deer on the interstate changed all of this late 2023 and after doing a lot of research on high safety rating vehicles, the Lincoln Nautilus came up in the results.  Carfax pointed us to a Nautilus in Traverse City, which is over 2 hours from us in the U.P. - however, we were willing to make the drive.  To save us time, I submitted a preapproval application online, and Lisa reached out shortly after.  I was not expecting this.  Lisa made this experience very positive and smooth.

Once we got to the dealership, the atmosphere inside was pleasant and everyone was friendly.  We were shown where Lisa was and had a nice visit with her while we waited for the vehicle to be brought up front.  Once we got to the finance part, Rob was such a pleasure to work with and he guided us through all of the paperwork/choices.

We had such a great experience here at Fox Grand Traverse that we would go back again and would recommend anyone else to go there as well.  We bought a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve that had been leased and am beyond pleased with the purchase!
