I had been car shopping and test driving used cars at various Dealerships. I saw a 2019 Ford Escape with low miles at Fox, and called the Dealership. Sales Rep. Brady Macomber answered my questions and set up a test drive.
I drove it and liked it. The price was under the suggested NADA book price. No pressure deal. Several small requests were taken care of by the Dealership without hesitation. After our initial meet, every phone call was answered with my first name. The same with texts. I live an hour and a half away. Test drove on a Wednesday and drove it home the following Saturday. (My schedule) Very nice experience!

The best vehicle buying experience I have had thanks to John Seeley! I have been shopping for some time for a new truck and had bad luck trying to do buisness locally in Pennsylvania and most dealerships never even called back or gave me the time and day.  I found almost the exact truck that i was after at Fox.  I called the dealership talked to John on and off for 2 weeks and he was very patient and got pics and info to make sure the 19 hour round trip was worth it. John went above and beyond, was extremely honest and gave me a fair price on my trade and a good deal on the 22' F150 I purchased!  He even held this truck without a deposit!
I also had a great experience with Sue Perry the finance manager. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind! She got me approved over the phone with a great rate and had us in and out in no time with paperwork.
I highly recommend buying from John Seely @ Fox and would easily make the trip again from Pennsylvania!

I would like to give Fox Motors and their team a HUGE shout out. Trading my vehicle in was a breeze. From the test drive, to the inspection where they fixed something simple that I didn't even notice. The car came in tip top shape and has a warranty for a used vehicle. All aspects of the service done to my F-150 were easy and painless. Set up appointment that was just a few days from my call to Fox GT Ford responding to the service required notice sent to me from Ford Corporate. Technician came to my house, on time, as scheduled, did the emissions update needed quickly, and right on site.  He was courteous and knowledgeable, answered any questions I had, signed off and was on his way to the next stop.
Wish all auto related service requirements were so easily accomplished.
