I had a very welcoming greeting from the start, Gabrielle went over everything and was super helpful. She even came back to check on me to see how I was doing. I was able to use the shuttle service and that worked out very well making my waiting experience seem very minimal. Once I returned to pick up my car that was ready, everything was fully explain to me and I have to say the overall experience was absolutely wonderful. I believe it was Gabrielle that helped to make my experience the best that it was. I will most definitely be back to continue the care of my car.

I had a great experience here. The salesman I worked with was Angel and he was awesome because the truck I wanted was already sold that morning. Luckily they had just had a new one come in. A trade in. And it was perfect. He listened to me and what I was looking for. Angel could tell this was a great fit. Great place Gabby took really good care of my wife truck all the recalls were done I believe this was our first time going over there I was very in press with the quality of work that was done even took of some stuff I did not even know about that’s what I call services when the tech goes over the entire Truck to make sure everything is up to par it’s employees like these that keep customers coming back they definitely earned my business from this point forward  and I’m not one to jump around from dealer to dealer once they earned my trust I’m there to stay I highly recommend freedom Chevrolet for any vehicle repairs

I would’ve given 5 stars, Gabriella was great. They washed my car, my service time was absolutely reasonable, they shuttled me to an appointment. They went all out I was very pleased.  Until I picked my car up. Someone in service, removed my cup from the cup holder and put it in the passenger side floor board. Spilling water all over my floorboard. I was displeased with that. Luckily it was just water and should dry up fine, still inconvenient. Otherwise, first rate service.

Impressive service. Well done and completed ahead of schedule. I had the opportunity to meet both the service manager and the assistant sales manager as both repeatedly checked in with customers to make sure they were getting premier service.

BTW, there is a very nice coffee shop just north of the dealership, Butterfly Coffee. It's a hidden gem.
