Great service experience! Being a big city out-of-towner, I felt so welcomed. I look different than the average resident, but that didn't seem to worry anyone, which was nice. Definitely has been some steps towards progress since I last lived in this general area some 20 years ago. I loved the acknowledgement my little boys received. Waves and hellos from the guys walking by. As a father, it made my heart happy for the kindness shown towards them. I forget the gentleman's man, but I sort of distracted him as he was walking by, and he generously took the time to show me the inside of two vehicles on the lot. I'm very pleased with Freedom Ford, and I know where to come back to when I come for another visit to Arkansas. The coffee's good, and that's mighty important for an 8 AM appointment :)

Top notch service ! Kyle the senior master mechanic they have is bar none the best,  wouldn't let anyone else service any vehicle I own! Also Doug is always so friendly and very knowledgeable.  This company is lucky to have these two assets!

They did a fantastic alignment on my beloved car. She no longer "tilts" slightly to the driver's right but goes absolutely straight. The service was fast and courteous as well. Great staff too.

I am amazed of the Professionalism and courtesy that I. Experienced while buying a car with them. I had drove a Honda Accord for 12 years and never had one problem so that was what I was looking for again. At their company I found a Honda Accord with only 16000 miles on it that I could afford! I had not had a new car for 12 years so this was a big step for me. First time I bought a car with my own credit. It was an amazing experance for me. Fast simple , and fun. They answered all my questions and helped me get my old and new car back to my home! It still has that new car smell even though it is not. I can not say enough how happy I am with my car. I love it. Josie and Doug were incredibly attentive and helpful in getting me in and out in an extremely reasonable amount of time considering all that was done. I HIGHLY recommend the people and service department at this dealership. I look forward to using them in the future, and I live about 180 miles away from them.
