Jay, Jenna, and the entire service department team are all wonderful! I recently had a lot of repairs done. They constantly kept me in the loop. When my Jeep was returned it had a strong odor that was making me physically ill.  It seemed to be a coincidence and not caused by the repairs. Jay and the technicians worked tirelessly for weeks to figure out where the odor was coming from and to remedy the problem. And they did!!!  I was given a great loaner car while they worked on mine.  I was kept in the loop during the process. The receptionists were patient when I called. And now my Jeep is odor free.... cause.... some clogged drains.  I am thrilled!  Freehold Jeep has won my loyalty going forward. The entire team went above and beyond!  I would give 10 stars if I could!
