This was the 4th RAM dealer in NJ I visited and it’s the first RAM dealer in NJ I was happy to do business with. I worked with Sean who didn’t spend any time trying to harvest my personal data. It was great, I was able to ask Sean direct questions and get I got actual answers instead of being asked to provide my drivers license, my email, my cell number. Credibility is important to me and at Freehold RAM they don’t sacrifice their credibility playing games with pricing like changing the terms of a sale price. I had a great experience with John Burtnick when i visited Freehold Dodge to buy a pre owned Ram truck. He was very patient with me as i was deciding on which truck i was purchasing as i was in between a couple of trucks and answered all my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed or pressured (or belittled as some dealerships do). we reached a deal a day later on a vehicle after a couple of emails in which he had great response time. Everything was seamless and easy, even through the finance part with Valerie on the day i went to pick up the truck. She was very thorough with all the docs which is expected but not pushy with the extra stuff and let me decide things i needed/wanted to add as far as warranties go.
