I recently bought a wrangler from Freeland Chevrolet. Within a month, almost to the day, the jeep broke down and I was heartbroken, broke, and out of answers. I was originally told the repairs on the transmission would cost upwards of $8600. Naturally, I grew incredibly frustrated because I didn't know what I was supposed to do and surely didn't have the money to fix it. Although it took over two months, through no fault of their own, Freeland Chevy fixed the repairs free of charge to me. It drove as good as it's ever driven for a week, when it again broke down. I had it towed to the dealership where they are working to fix the newest issue. Regardless, I want this review to be 100% positive because of my experience dealing with the people at the dealership. Josh, who I believe is in charge of service, has been so incredibly helpful. But I wanted to give a special shout out to Austin, in finance, who has worked along side me every step of the way. The entire situation hasn't been ideal for anyone, but for the most part, they're good people. I owe a tremendous amount of gratitude to Austin who has made me feel heard and cared about, which is often hard to find in a dealership setting. I pray the jeep situation gets itself figured out, but Freeland Chevy is good people.

My car started sounding like a lawn mower at cold start up after I hit a pothole the night prior. Within a few days I was able to get in and get it diagnosed. It was pretty pricey but my car has been reliable and it's payed off so I had to get it fixed. Frank took care of me and his team is exceptional!
