My husband found a truck on Fremonts webpage after searching for the "right" one for quite a while. The truck was literally added that morning. He called them as soon as he saw they had it. They had it waiting for us to look at when we showed up. (I had no idea we were going to look at a truck) There was no pressure to buy. Being pressured is something I have never liked. The more pressure, the less interested I become.
Derek was our salesman, and he did a great job answering all our questions. If he didn't know, he found out. Patrick also did a wonderful job on the financial part. Kirk, their boss, was very friendly, and willing to work with a couple of our requests, without hesitation.
I feel they truly wanted our business, and treated us like they did. We did end up buying the truck, and look forward to many years enjoying it!
