I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Freysinger. Every person who helped my wife and I through the buying process was not only extremely helpful but also incredibly nice and forthcoming. Rob was tremendously kind, understanding, patient and knowledgeable. I felt terrible because we arrived towards the end of the day and kept some of the staff over the dealership’s closing time. I kept apologizing to everyone that helped us but I received the same reply each time, “Don’t worry about that, we’re here to make sure you get what you need”. They also honored my GM employee discount without question (something not all dealerships I’ve been to do). My wife and I were extremely impressed after we left Freysinger and both said that we would gladly revisit in the future for our next GMC truck even though we live almost two hours away. That is how much we appreciated the friendly, inviting and helpful atmosphere. I’ve purchased a few trucks now from a few different dealerships and I can proudly say that Freysinger was the best overall experience I’ve had at any one of those.
