I did this review when I was very upset.  After reaching out to the salesman and the general manager; they addressed each issue.  I would recommend you consider this dealership, they have made me a satisfied buyer.

Buyer beware!  All the known facts about a vehicle is not declared.  After closing, only one key fob was provided.  Car detail and clean up was not what one would expect.  Carfax was in vehicle but disappeared after closing and now they won’t provided a copy or respond on my request for a copy.  Started off on a good foot and has done nothing but gone downhill since.  Another sad note, they are a family of dealers and I ask them to help me acquire another fob at cost, but no.  The service needs after the sale are not there.  You are on your own.  Again I would say don't expect any thing after the sale.  Make sure you have everything you want before signing, there is nothing after the sale.

We just loved working with Reece and ALL the staff who helped us get into our new Rogue. I recommend them to ANYONE looking for a new car. They are there for you with any questions or help needed long after your car is driven off that lot!

Great service department - I was in from out of town getting my daughter moved in at college. I wanted to do some maintenance service on her car before leaving town. I had a good experience with the service department,  so I decided to get some work done on my Nissan too.  Nice folks, good communication, fair prices. Highly recommend.
