I didn't buy anything here but I had just delivered two Forest River Prism RVs to them.  If I did live here and was in the market for either a car or camper, I would definitely come here. Vik the owner is a class act. He went above and beyond to make sure this delivery went smoothly and also helped on something that really didn't have too.

I bought a used car here in July of 2023. Mya was helpful, honest and flexible with my schedule, and the transaction went smoothly. Unfortunately the car (which was a consignment) had a major mechanical defect. This was a terrible concern since Alaska doesn't have a lemon law for used vehicles, so I would likely be stuck with a major repair bill. However, Thomas the manager successfully negotiated a repair at no cost to me since he felt it was unfair to make a customer pay full price for a defective vehicle. The repairs were made, and the car has served me faithfully four months and 3,000 miles later. Definitely people of good character and not your archetypal used car salespeople! When you buy from Frontier, you can rest easy. If something is wrong, they'll work with you to fix it.

I would just like to thank frontier auto and rv for an awesome camper buying experience. Thomas the manager was who we mostly dealt with and he did a phenomenal job. He showed us options based on what we asked and was not pushy at all. True customer service! He went above and beyond to make sure we found the right trailer for our family. I highly recommend using them if you are in the market for a travel trailer.

These guys made purchasing a new RV a great experience! The sales team was not pushy at all and were there to answer any questions we had about the trailers & RVs we wanted to look at. Once we chose the RV we wanted the finance manager worked with several lenders until he got us a great deal on financing. Once we got the funding sorted out, they got the RV ready for pick up the next day! The gentlemen who showed us how to use the RV was very knowledgeable and thorough.  While we had been in and out of their office several times viewing, filling out paperwork, and going over numbers my 6-year-old grew restless...He got to pick out whatever he wanted on their lobby TV, and the general manager kept him entertained with superhero facts/opinions which made going back less dreadful for him lol. THANK YOU!
