My sales specialist, Jean-Pierre, was simply a joy to work with. His knowledge of the product and process made buying my Stelvio effortless. All my questions were answered and not once did I feel taken advantage of nor mistreated. The was a real sense of compassion and I could tell that Jean-Pierre valued his customers and their experience. The same could be said for Scott in the management office. He was quick to reply, honest and most importantly we were able to reach a number I was comfortable with. He made the process simple and quick.
